Passion or attraction for palindromes (words that are read equally upside down and upside down). Palindromophilia . By extension it is also considered as the passion or attraction for symmetrical shapes or symmetry.

It is the fondness for palindromes. The etymology is humorous since it is a word that is read the same from left to right and vice versa, from the suffix -filia (as a hobby).
