In Colombia Surullo ( although many use it as Zurullo ) synonym of bun. It is a kind of roll or cylinder-shaped edible mass. They can be made with corn or rice flour and have milk, eggs and cheese. Some are made with cassava flour and are called " Bollo de yuca ".
