precarisacion
  19

Precarization or precarious employment in the labour market and referred to the conditions of employment, underemployment and unemployment of workers, refers to the insecurity, uncertainty and the lack of guarantee of minimum socio-economic conditions and enough for a decent survival affecting workers and impact on their family and social environment. In general refers to processes of labor flexibilization or deregulation of the labour market: lowered wages, lowering of the dismissal, absence of compensation, lack of social coverage, temporary hiring. The process of self-precarization is derived from an increase in the underground economy and a worsening of conditions of trabajo.1El term is made known in the 1980's, applied to the alleged consequences of labour flexibility in daily life, according to critics of this. The euphemism of labour flexibility is one of the pillars of economic liberalism and neoliberalism that promote processes of economic liberalization. Generalized processes of precarization are the Toyota or posfordismo.2
