Throughout history many have been the theories and scholars that they have addressed the term now are analyzing. Thus, for example, those include the theory of Kelsen, carried out by the Austrian jurist who gives name and posed a distinction between physical and moral persons, or the organic theory. The latter stands out because it establishes that legal persons are living realities.
